Agba has a wealth of experience providing legal advisory, dispute resolution and real estate legal consultancy services for top-tier clients across Nigeria.

Formerly with Aelex, Paul Usoro & Co and Babalakin & Co where he garnered vast experience in diverse areas of law. He has represented clients in claims and dispute cases to the tune of billions of naira, including multibillion-naira copyright infringement claims for a major film production company and large insurance claims for both local and international clients.

Currently Managing Partner at Aarndale Solicitors where he regularly advises local and international clients in high profile commercial disputes and represents them before superior Courts of record and Tribunals across the country.

He holds an LLB Law from University of Ibadan. In addition, Agba has attended several trainings and conferences within and outside Nigeria and speaks regularly at various forums including seminars/trainings organised by the London School of Business and Finance.

He is an active member of the local branch of the Nigerian Bar Association (“NBA”), the NBA Section on Business Law, the NBA Section on Legal Practice, and the International Bar Association with particular interest in the Litigation Committee.
